The artwork is titled "Ski Climbing" and underneath there is more information about its depiction: "Skiing is still an urban sport. Skiis are one of the best means of proper physical development, promoting good health and improving wellbeing after a day spent in front of a machine. Ski excursions are the most rewarding way to spend a day off. Ski competitions are always very interesting , especially races which attract new skiiers. / Skiing is still not very common in the countryside. The new collectivised village, adopting the experiences of the working city, should use skiing not only for the purpose of physical education, but also as a convenient mode of rapid transportation."
