The OGB or OeGB is the Austrian Trade Union Federation and this was part of a series of posters produced in the 1980's as part of their better working confitions campaign. The background in this poster is a photographic print of a smiling man and woman. Orange text over the top reads "For all of us: a safe place to work" (translated from German)
