Description
A black and white poster featuring a photograph of an old sign or banner from 1953. The sign is promoting the Torch Bearer's Day in Utrecht, 1953, held by the Dutch Labour Party (PvdA). Text on the sign reads "Ready for democratic socialism!" whilst the image next to it reads "In memory of a good friendship together / Table presidents / Other servants" with a blank space where names would presumably have been written. This appears to commemorate meetings or conferences that have been previously held by the PvdA.
