Part of "100 posters, socialist image, designed by Ettore Vitale for the direction of the Italian Socialist Party." This is part of a collection of one hundred Italian Socialist Party posters designed by artist, Ettore Vitale. This poster is large, with a white background. The top left of the poster has the italian socialist party logo, with a red carnation inside. The top of the poster has red and black text in Italian saying "25 Aprile Rinnovare le istituzioni guardareal futuro." This translates to "25 April, renewing the institutions looking to the future." Underneath this there is a large 3d image of the number "25" in blue, green and yellow.There is a red, white and green stripe coming out of this, which are the colours of the Italian flag. This poster is referring to Liberation day,also known as the Anniversary of Resistance or April 25. This is a national holiday in Italy which commemorates the victory of the Italian resistance movement against Nazi Germany and the Italian Social Republic. This poster is in good condition.
