Description
Circular white badge with an image of a knife-pierced heart. Across the heart is "Peterloo" on a yellow winged banner. The badge was produced for the 200th anniversary of the Peterloo massacre in 2019. On August 16, 1819 in Manchester, a cavalry charge into a crowd of 60,000 demanding parliamentary reform killed at least 18 people and injuring hundreds.
