Description
An enamel badge in the shape of a winged heart with a knife running through it. A yellow winged banner has black text which reads "PETERLOO". This badge was made in 2019 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the Peterloo Massacre. On August 16, 1819 in Manchester, a cavalry charge into a crowd of 60,000 demanding parliamentary reform killed at least 18 people and injuring hundreds.
