Description
A postcard featuring a photograph of a banner reading "REMEMBRANCE IS NOT ENOUGH" and two rows of poppies were the middle of the flower is replaced with a peace symbol. The postcard was made in 1982 and designed by Thalia Campbell and Jan Higgs "to be carried by Women for Life on Earth when they laid a wreath provided by Caernarfon CND in Suffragette Coliurs on the Cenotaph on November 13th, 1982." Photographed by Studio 42 and copyrighted by Campbell design. This postcard was produced by the Welsh Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND). The postcard has a pin hole in the top where it may once have been stuck on a wall or a noticeboard.
