This poster is part of a collection of 100 posters designed by Ettore Vitale for the Italian Socialist Party (PSI) between 1973 and 1991. The posters promote a range of events and campaigns using the colours of the Italian flag- red, white, and green, along with motifs of roses, rainbows, and stars. This poster features an illustration of two squares with the world map on them- one shows Europe and the other Africa. The maps are in colours blue, green, yellow, and pink. Black text at the top of the poster reads: "PSI Directorate / Union of Socialist Parties of the European Community / Europe and the Third World Countries / International Conference / Venice 23-24 March 1984" (translated from Italian). The PSI logo is in the top right corner.
