This portfolio collection is 1/4 of a larger collection of fifty posters produced for the Italian Socialist Party (PSI) from 1892 to 1970. This part consists of 12 posters produced for the PSI between 1946 and 1970. This poster is hald red and half white, with the red half (top) featuring the PSI logo as well as the socialist sun symbol. Red and blue text in the bottom white half of the poster reads: "Constituent for socialist unification", referring to a system of government prevalent in Italy in the 1940's. This poster was originally designed and printed in 1966 and was reproduced for this portfolio.
