This is a postcard with a print of a painting on the front. The image of the painting shows a young woman sat in a cafe/restaurant with a glass of wine, a notebook, ink and a fountain pen. This painting was created by Léonard Tsuguharu Foujita, a Japanese-French painter and printmaker born in Tokyo, Japan, who applied Japanese ink techniques to Western style paintings. The reverse side of this postcard has copyright information for the postcard, a hand written address, and a hand written message reading, "Women demand peace for the world."
