Description
This is a black postcard with a map image of Britain, and surrounding text. The top of the postcard reads "Government of the bunker - by the bunker, for the bunker. There are red dots labelling different areas of the UK. The bottom of the postcard reads "command points for a national emergency." The map image is blue, and the text is red and white. The reverse of the postcard reads "Sub Regional HQ's are given total powers in 'Home Defence' planning. Commanded by a comissioner, with no representation from any elected body, their primary purpose is control, rather than shelter. 'Home Defence' as practiced in Operation Hard Rock (late 1982) is concerned with civilian disturbance, within or without the context of nuclear war."
