Postcard with a photograph on the front. It shows slices of wood on a piece of fabric, there are different art pieces on each piece of wood showing drawings, paintings and work with other materials. The reverse of the postcard reads "No.1: The Cake Hidden Strengths, Twelve slices, mixed media on wood (8" x 12"). This card is an advance issue from a set of postcards celebrating the collective artwork, the Cake. The full set will consist of 16 cards (12 of them separate slices by individual artists) and sell for £2. Pre-publication offer - £1.20 per set - 5 sets for £5! Each artist was given a slice of wood to work on the theme of 'our territory.' When the pieces are put together they form the collective artwork.
