Red poster, advertising an evening of Latin American, Caribbean and African music in aid of Chile. The poster reads "An evening for Chile with latinamerican [sic], caribbean and african rhythms from Steel & Skin Jazira Antawara presented by Chile Cultural Centre Friends House". The concert took place on Friday 29th July at the Quaker Friends House opposite Euston Station in London. The concert was sponsered by various groups, including the Chile Solidarity Campaign.
Steel & Skin likely refers to Afro-Caribbean drum and dance ensemble Steel An' Skin, who were based in London. Jazira may refer to Orchestre Jazira, which was an Anglo-Ghanian band, also based in London. Antawara were a folk band from Ecuador.
