The poster is headed by the title, under which is a black and white cartoon of Margaret Thatcher running with a lit torch towards an arrow shaped sign labelled "Chile", and away from another labelled "Moscow". The cartoon is signed 'Trog'. Underneath reads "No Ambassador in Santiago / Lobby of Parliament 2pm Wednesday February 27th / Public Meeting at 7.30". Speakers at the meeting included Tony Benn, Alex Kitson and J. Marchand, and was hels in the House of Commons Grand Committee Room. The poster was produced by the Chile Solidarity Campaign.
