Poster featuring a quote from Allende, "History is OUrs, For it is Made by the People".
The poster side features an illustration of a crowd marching in hills with a Chilean flag. Below is a quote from Salvador Allende, the President of Chile who was overthrown by Pinochet's military coup:
"History is ours, for it is made by the people". Identical postrs can be found in the museum collection which are un-mounted, and feature programmes for concert events on the reverse. It is unknown whether this poster is the same on the reverse, due to the mounting method. Labelled as being from 1983.
