This is a dog chew made to replicate Neil Kinnock's face. This is made of natural rubber and was made in 1986. This is a spitting image dog chew puppet; spitting image was a British satirical puppet show in which British figures, particularly British politicians, were satirised and mocked. This is part of the Spitting Image pet hates toys set; these were launched in the mid 1980s and were based on the caricatures of a number of political figures at the time.
