Black and white leaflet titled "Was this child a terrorist?" over a low quality photograph of a child with a bandaged head, presumably in a hospital setting. The leaflet advertises a demonstration on 11th April 1987, organised by the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND) at RAF Upper Heyford, an airforce base outside of Oxford operated by a wing of the US airforce, in protest of bombings of Libya conducted out of the airbase.

Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND) is an organisation that campaigns for peace and for governments around the world to demilitarise and discard existing and new nuclear weapons programmes.
