Description
Round white badge with "NO" on a sign with red, white and blue horizontal stripes (the colours of the Chilean national flag). To the left of the sign is the cartoon dog character Snoopy. The badge is referring to the No Campaign in Chile 1986. The referendum gave voters the choice of President Pinochet staying in power for another eight years or a new presidential and parliamentary election. The result was a 56% vote no to Pinochet.
