Description
Round white badge, "Save Jobs No More OMO [One Man Operation]" in bold black text around the edge. Across the centre is a simple line art drawing of a handshake, a white hand on the left and black hand on the right. The whole design forms to mimic the London Underground roundel design. OMO, or lone working, was introduced on different London Underground lines, from the Victoria line in 1968 to many other lines throughout the 1980s and 1990s, when it was referred to as One Person Operation (OPO).
