This leaflet was created for shortly before the 2019 general election campaign by the Labour Party, which at the time was led by Jeremy Corbyn. The leaflet gives instructions on how to organise and campaign on political issues within the reader's neighbourhood.
While political parties are typically national organisations, they rely on volunteers at a local level to build interest in and awareness of the party and its messages, and to feed information back up the party structure to reveal what is important to people in different parts of the country, so the party can ensure the issues people care about are represented in the party's campaigns and policy priorities.
