Description
Metal medal attached to ribbon. Metal medal depicts clasped hands below a crossed pick and shovel. The word "member" is printed on a small bar between the ribbon and medal. At one end of the ribbon (nearest the medal) there is an illustration of clasped hands, at the other end are gold braid tassels. The ribbon is black on one side and red, white and blue on the other. The writing on both sides of the ribbon is identical.
