Experience a unique tour featuring British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation, audio description and sensory elements, in collaboration with the Greater Manchester Coalition of Disabled People (GMCDP).

Join us as we prepare for Disability Pride Month in July 2025 on this exciting new tour, exploring the theme of pride in the museum’s 2025 Banner Exhibition.

Banners have historically been an important way for communities to express pride in their identities from working class and political movements to LGBTQIA+ and Disability Pride.

Suitable for all ages (under 12s must have an accompanying adult).

  • Lunch will be provided in the museum’s Riverside Room.
  • Please put dietary requirements under ‘other access needs’ when you book.
