Visit the new artwork in PHM’s window, part of an exciting art trail celebrating Manchester’s creative culture, featuring an array of spectacular installations across the city centre.
Created by the team behind the award winning Bee in the City event, 50 Windows of Creativity has transformed Manchester into an innovative art gallery taking you on a colourful, inspiring and safe journey around the city centre.
Visitors taking part in the trail can explore via an illustrated trail map and the 50 Windows of Creativity app, available to download to an Apple or Android device for £1.99, with 25% donated to the We Love MCR Charity.
PHM are delighted to be working with local illustrator Danielle Rhoda once again, creator of the visual identity of the museum’s 2020 – 2021 programme exploring migration. Danielle’s work often focuses on capturing life around her. She’s constantly inspired by different people and the stories they bring with them. Her piece for the art trail is a snapshot of a day in Manchester, showing the wonderful diversity and spirit of the city.
The trail, supported by Manchester City Council and event partners Auto Trader and Dandara Living, will raise money for the artists involved and The Lord Mayor of Manchester Charity Appeal Trust – We Love MCR Charity.
Family Friendly activity, suitable for all ages.
No booking required, just pop by and look in the window!
Please note the museum is currently closed until further notice.
